How Many Invitations do I receive?
Once I send you the digital file you are free to print as many invitations/announcements as you would like.
How soon will I receive a proof?
2-3 business days after I receive payment confirmation, photos and party information.
I don't see the theme I want listed, can you create it for me?
I would be more than happy to work with you to create something new and unique just for you.
I love one of your baptism invitations, but need it for a first birthday, can you change it for me?
Of course I can. Purchase the template you'd like, then simply let me know which occasion you'd like me to customize it for.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal is the only accepted payment and you can pay with your credit card or bank account with paypal. Work does not begin on your project until payment is received. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PAY WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ECHECK VIA PAYPAL, PAYPAL PUTS A 4 BUSINESS DAY HOLD ON YOUR FUNDS TO US. WORK WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE PAYMENT CLEARS so if you are in a hurry, be sure to use your credit card in paypal.
Is paying Online Secure?
Absolutely. Payment is made through the secure Paypal website. Please visit their security section for more information.
What is the cost per invitation?
Cost for printing can be as low as 9 cents per invitation for a 4X6 print, depending on which photo lab you choose.
How long does this take and what are the schedule options?
Schedules are generated based on the time of receipt of your payment, invitation information and photos are as follows:
• Schedule to proof for approval for all photo cards- 2-3 business day (excludes weekends as we are closed)
• Schedule to proof for approval for Photo collages - 5-7 business days (excludes weekends as we are closed) Add a $10 rush fee is you require your proof sooner.
My photos aren't the greatest and have red eye... can you fix that?
Please send the highest resolution photo you have and, if you have a favourite photo that needs a little photo enhancement, I always provide touch ups such as color correction and red eye removal at no additional charge. You can be sure that your photo will be the best that it can be as you are working with a professional designer proficient with industry leading Photoshop software.
How does it work if I want matching party graphics?
Matching graphics will be offered at a discounted price ONLY WHILE YOUR INVITATION IS IN PRODUCTION. Once you invitationis completed, your files are deleted so if you come back to order later then you will pay full price for them. Matching graphics are available for graphics up to 8 x 10 and must reflect your initial invitation design with a text only change.

Do you PRINT the invitations?
YES if you would like I can offer that service for you along with the digital file that I email you for printing. Printing would be done at a photo lab that is local to you (certain restrictions apply). I charge $5 to upload the file to your local photo lab and you pick up and pay them for the prints. You purchase envelopes separately.
